'Tsatsal örgökh' is a ritual carried out daily by herder women. After morning milking, a special spoon (tsatsal) is used to sprinkle the top portion (deej) of the fresh milk towards different directions of the sky. The sprinkling is accompanied with silent prayers and by offering the 'deej', herders communicate with the environmental spirits that surround them.
